We created GLXYOGA ( “Galaxy·Yoga” ) for a few simple reasons. First, we absolutely love yoga. It's not just something we do—it's who we are. Yoga has changed our lives in so many ways, bringing us peace, health, and a sense of community. We believe it can do the same for you, if not more.

We think you're here for a reason too. Something inside you is ready to shine, and we're here to help you discover or fully embrace that part of yourself. There's a special magic within you, waiting to be unlocked. We're here to help you find your inner strength, wisdom, and power.

When yoga studios became less accessible, we listened to our community's needs. We started offering free yoga sessions at local beaches and parks, creating safe and welcoming spaces for everyone to practice. Whether anyone showed up or not didn’t matter—we were just happy to give and practice. But something incredible happened. Dozens of people started coming, and now hundreds regularly join our yoga and sound bath sessions at the beach and park.

Our goal is to offer top-notch yoga experiences that are accessible to all levels of practice. With deep spiritual symbolism and the magical addition of Gong and Crystal Bowl sound baths, we bring our 37 years of yoga experience to build a truly heart-connected community. We love hearing that people are making new friends through what we're doing.

Beyond our community gatherings, we also offer local and international yoga retreats. These adventures are packed with cultural and spiritual experiences that will awaken the deepest parts of yourself. Join us on an upcoming retreat and unlock something powerful within you.
