About

An experienced HR professional with Senior Human Resource Professional certification and 9 years of experience.

My prior experience has been quite diverse. My favorite activities were implementing an employee development strategy and competency model for Policy, Government and Public Affairs and Human Resources departments at Chevron.

Also, my international work experience in Cape Town, South Africa allowed me to understand what it is like to work in the global environment. I was able to work on change management with a divestiture and staffing a dispatch center.

My current role is allowing me to help integrate HR policies and practices following the Stanley Black and Decker merger.

I have 1 year as a HR Manager, 3 years experience as a HR Generalist, 1 year in compensation including executive compensation and 3 years of project management while supporting a business on different HR activities.
