I have been working as a coach and trainer for 12 years, and I am passionate about helping my clients develop and reach their personal goals.
I started out as a semi-professional sprinter, and it was this understanding of the body and the work ethic and motivation it required that led me to train first as a personal trainer, and then as a rehab specialist.
