We are 1st Choice Builders, we specialize in taking our client's idea and making it a reality. We have everything you require to build the home of your dreams from beginning to end. We begin with our in-house architects as well as designer and engineer. We'll prepare the plans to be approved by the city authorities and get permits to ensure you don't have to face these headaches. Our designer will be helping you apply the finishing touches, helping you choose to paint cabinets, countertops, or flooring. With 1st Choice Builders, each one of our projects is overseen by a project manager. The website is visited by the project's manager on a regular basis in order to keep you current on work in progress. We are available to clients 24 hours a day seven days a semaine.
