As a chiropractor and a kinesiologist, Timothy D. Francis, DC has been teaching about these topics, and has had clinical services for people, for more than three decades, after receiving his medical degrees, allowing him to represent the College of Physicians, and is also an American Academy of Pain Management diplomat that works in conjunction with the British Institute of Homeopathy. His practice, Chiropractic Kinesiology, teaches about kinesiology, something that he is an expert in. He has also been a participant in research studies that have been conducted throughout his entire career. Included with his experience are nearly 30 different published papers on the topics of eye anatom, organic chemistry, and homeopathy.

Dr. Francis as many other forms of training. From UNR in Reno Nevada, he was a biology student, and has a BA plus a doctorate of chiropractic studies that he obtained from the LA College of Chiropractic. In the subject of bio nutrition, he also was able to earn in MS from Bridgeport University, and finally received is doctorate in the study of homeopathy directly from the British Institute of Homeopathy where he subsequently became part of the board certification process for naturopaths in America. Before he pursued all of this important work, he was a leader in the field of kinesiology, primarily on the international council for the applied kinesiology International College and taught as an instructor at the LA College of Chiropractic.
