Endeavor Property Group LLC, is a successor company to Strategic Realty Investments, LLC which was founded in 2001 by Peter H. Monaghan. Since its inception Endeavor has become one of the fastest growing and most dynamic real estate enterprises in the Philadelphia region. Through its wholly owned subsidiaries and partnerships the firm has successfully acquired and/or completed projects totaling over $500 million in value. Borrowing on the firm’s principals combined experience of over 50 years in the regional real estate market, Endeavor’s accomplishments range from the development of several award winning residential developments in Lower Merion Township that include a mixed-use residential development consisting of 53 apartments and 31 luxury townhomes, the award-winning transit-oriented development, Woodcrest Corporate Center a 500,000 square foot global headquarters for Towers-Perrin’s Administrative Solutions Division located at the Woodcrest Corp. Center, Cherry Hill, New Jersey to the current Paoli Intermodal Center project that will consist of approximately 850,000 SF of mixed-use including approximately 500 residential units located at a brand new state of the art Paoli Transportation Center.

The firm’s focus on transit-oriented development and Brownfield redevelopment has earned them a national reputation as experts in the area as evidenced by the Wall Street Journal article for Brownfield development. Endeavor has also established itself as one of the more successful land entitlement companies in the Delaware Valley. Endeavor along with various partners and team members have successfully entitled eight (8) significant mixed residential projects involving over 1,500 residential units.
