About
The objective of education is to relate it to life, needs and aspirations of the people and thereby make it a powerful instrument of social, economic and cultural transformation. Education is cardinal in inculcating values, to provide skills and competencies for the citizens, and in enabling them to contribute to the nation's well-being and world at large; strengthens democracy by empowering citizens; becomes an adhesive for the society, and instrumental in entrenching cosmopolitan values among all. Education should be a tool for inculcating values like compassion, knowledge, objectivity, skills and thereby aids in leading a quality and wholesome life which contributes in the country's development. Education could prove as a potent weapon in waning a chasm between the society which is as of now divided on the lines of social, economic and political agenda. A harmony needs to be maintained between nature and human beings and should not be treated as mutually exclusive entities. It is necessary to strike a coherence between an individual and nature. And this synergy of man and nature will also be helpful in minimizing the ecological footprint of man due to consumerism. Education should make pupils trailblazers with independent thought only then in true sense we can achieve the goal of liberty. Human being is a whole one, we cannot think of the mind and body separately. Therefore, a proper and all-round development of the mind can take place only when it proceeds pari passu with the education of the physical and spiritual faculties of a child. According to Gurmarg the fulcrum of education must be based on the values such as – Equity, Quality and Accessibility. The aim and objective of Gurmarg Educare is to build citizens who live joyfully and consciously in the society and can see things objectively without prejudices.
With a decade long experience in the education field in areas such as hostel services, coaching institutes and interacting with interior government school students, teachers and parents, we came to this realization that the whole system of education is under immense stress due to the loopholes at the grass root level of society and it requires constant efforts on the same level. Gurmarg, with the program UNICUS, intricately understands the problem and works towards innovative solutions.

There being no dearth of the talent in the country & thus rendering no way to UPSC/IAS/PCS/HAS other than making the recruitment process to these services more difficult & technical.
Our program will strengthen different aspects of their personality such as, understanding of learning, relationship building, nutrition value etc. Ages beyond 18 are stressful and pivotal because all major life decisions are taken such age. There is pressure to be righteous, independent and successful. There is a progressive difference in opinion and outlook when an individual becomes an adult. For this reason, they are separated from simple affection and not respected. Counseling can bridge the gap between parents and children to embrace a cooperative attitude. GURMARG can enable them to understand their decisions and take them responsibly by instilling skills to prepare for a stable economic independence and other responsibilities of adulthood. Hence, we have integrated this course for the students who are preparing with us for Civil Services like IAS, PCS, Judiciary and other competitive examination like SSC and Banking.
