These include Passive Solar Homes, Passive Homes (based on Passiv Haus principles hailing from Germany, and hybrid versions of Passive Solar and Passive Homes if so required due to the building block’s orientation. We combine smart techniques with modern design to create stunning, comfortable homes. Every project is tailored to reflect your lifestyle while maximizing energy savings.

We’re proud to lead the way in Perth. Right now, we’re building a double-storey home with a groundbreaking 10-star NatHERS energy rating. Passive Solar Design principles guide this design, setting a new benchmark for energy efficiency. Until now, 10-star homes in Perth have only been single-storey. Marco Klous, our director, believes this innovation will shape the future of energy-efficient living.
