Karla is currently Manager of Client Relations at Nicole Miller. Most recently, she was the Logistics Coordinator, White Glove for Fab.com, before that she spent 5 years creating Merchandising and Operational magic for the powerhouse fashion company, Jones Apparel Group. She handled everything from customer service, talent scouting and development, e-commerce visual merchandising, and cross-functional retail development during her tenure as both Sr. Customer Relations Rep, and Website Coordinator. Additionally, she is partnered with jewelry start-up, Chole+Isabel, as a Merchandiser, fulfilling her dream of running her own successful business venture. She has intimate knowledge of the in’s and out’s of both large and small, brick and mortar, and e-commerce retail businesses, and can help with any aspect a brand could possibly need.
