Roy D. Jackson, CPA is a highly specialized expert in the field of recovering invoice overpayments, as well as, vendor file maintenance within the accounts payable-procurement area. Roy has performed and coordinated well over 100 accounts payable recovery audits during his professional career of over 33 years.

Mr. Jackson is presently managing audit partner for both Professional Auditing Services of America, as well as, Rezolve (A sister company which offers invoice recovery services to For-Profit-Organizations). Professional Auditing Services was formed during November of 1993, and Rezolve was formed during August of 1999. Also, Mr. Jackson previously serves on the Board of Directors for the Furniture Bank in the capacity of President and Chairman of the Finance Committee. (i.e., The Furniture Bank is a non-profit 501c3, that specializes in providing free furniture, appliances and baby cribs to financially distressed families- www.thefurniturebank.com).

Prior to the development of PAS, Mr. Jackson was employed from 1983 to 1991 as a Divisional Controller with Highland Superstores, Inc. – Plymouth, Michigan. From 1981 to 1983 he was employed as an Audit Department Supervisor at T.G.& Y. Stores, Inc. (a large discount retailer) – Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

He is has also completed several classes at Walsh College towards a Master Degree in Management Information Systems.

Mr. Jackson’s recent Memberships and Associations Include: AICPA, MACPA, NABA, and the Accounting Aid Society- Volunteer; and prior memberships include: Healthcare Financial Management Association, Chamber of Commerce, and Institute of Internal Auditors.
