Roadlay is a family owned and operated, multi-disciplined, service-driven surfacing and also civil engineering contractor based in Glasgow, working across central Scotland and beyond. Our diverse expertise, and also in house multi-skilled work force offer a combined service of ground works, civil engineering and surfacing.

Owning and operating our modern fleet of transport, expert equipment, tools, plant and also machinery, we afford a competitively priced, diverse range of services, from full design and build of adoptable road and footway construction, to planning out and also resurfacing of live carriageways and carparks, conducting all necessary traffic management and re-lining requirements.

Our ability to survey, specify, finance and manage major projects, from inception, to completion, we work as principal contractor to most of our clients, but extend any of our services and expertise as a sub-contractor, to assist main contractors, architects, engineers, development companies, and facility managers to fulfil any of their agreement demands

We are fully guaranteed and also accredited with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and 45001 and also work in conjunction with our bespoke integrated management system. All our contracts are checked, priced, managed and worked by our multi-skilled in-house operatives and also engineers, only sub-contracting for specialist services. Working with Skills Development Scotland, we invest not only in our staff but help to train the next generation.
