Since our start in 1990, we understand how important it is to get deals closed and we have extensive experience in clearing title problems.

Southern Title & Abstract, Inc. has been in business in Central Florida since 1990. They are privately owned, and the owners are full-time, hands-on operators and managers of the company. Millie Crenshaw is a full-time closer, and her husband, Hugh Crenshaw, is the full-time title examiner.
