Tatiana Raguzina

About

Tatiana joined the Chamber in February 2001 as the director of strategic planning and implementation. After eight months in that position, she was promoted to senior director for strategic planning and policy. In January 2005, Tatiana assumed the role of vice president for policy and in 2011 she was promoted to Executive Vice President responsible for policy, government relations, building on and maintaining high-level contacts with Russian and American executive and legislative bodies, as well as membership attraction and retention.

Ensuring that the Chamber's concerns and positions on specific issues are clearly and concisely enunciated to its constituencies, Tatiana also advocates individual member companies’ interests when needed, given a changing business environment in Russia. She oversees 17 industry- and issue-specific AmCham committees to ensure results corresponding to AmCham’s strategic policy priorities. Additionally, Tatiana works with regional leaders to enhance the business value for AmCham members.

Tatiana develops effective partnerships with Russian business associations. She supports major policy initiatives and AmCham working groups with governmental bodies. Furthermore, she works closely with the AmCham St. Petersburg Chapter to provide support at the federal level.

Prior to joining the Chamber, Tatiana held senior positions at ABB and the International Center for Accounting Reform. She holds a bachelor's degree in linguistics from Moscow State Linguistics University and has successfully completed numerous corporate executive development training programs.
